Exposing Corruption
  1. Everyone has a right to expose corruption by individuals, businesses, government officials, or any other entity who is committing acts that are unfair or immoral.

  2. Everyone deserves the protection of the law for exposing corruption even if they have violated other laws for the purpose of exposing the corruption.

  3. No law shall be construed or applied in a manner that punishes those who expose corruption. Secrecy laws are intended to protect the public, not to conceal corruption and abuse.
